SHIPPING/PROCESSING 
Our processing time for orders is 1-3 days. This means your products will be washed, packaged and prepared for shipment within this time frame.

After your order has been processed we prepare your order for shipping via our standard shipping method. Shipping time is 2-5 days. Shipping times may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances such as the weather. After your order gets shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to the email that you provided at checkout. Orders are NOT processed on holidays.

We offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. At checkout, your shipping rates will be calculated. We are not responsible for any taxes, custom fees or extra charges that may be imposed. 

Luxe Tresses Hair is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items after tracking numbers have been sent out. You will have to contact your local post office or via shipping standard method that was provided, file a claim and follow their procedures to locate your order. We take full responsibility for your products when they're in our care, the shipping courier is 100% responsible once your order is dispatched.
